The Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston are committed to sharing our gifts of experienced personnel and our property to encourage and enhance the spirituality and spiritual development of all people. The wise and faithful stewardship of St. Joseph Retreat Center demands consistent upkeep, renovations and repairs. For over thirty years the program offerings are our attempt to respond to God's eternal longings within human souls as well as the contemporary needs of individuals and groups. Thousands of people pray here each year.

Perhaps you would like to support or co-labor with the St. Joseph Retreat Center staff. There are a variety of gifts to be shared and welcomed.

We welcome your prayers that all God's desires be realized in each person who enters through St. Joseph Retreat Center's doors and through every program offering. We offer the opportunity for you, your loved ones, your ministerial endeavors and intentions to be included in our prayer at St. Joseph Retreat Center. VOLUNTEERS:

The gift of your help is most welcome. Nothing is too little and every act of service is a ripple of love extending to the depth of the ocean and the breadth and height of God's unlimited creation. Attached is a form that includes possible ways to contribute your time, talents, and experience.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

Perhaps you have a desire and the means to contribute in one of several financial ways. Once again we want to say that every offering is deeply appreciated. You may want to send a monetary donation for a book, a scholarship, an item on our Wish List, a contribution toward a major project that is in process or in our dreams. At the present moment we are in the midst of major roof repairs, repair of the beautiful front porch, improvement of cellar lighting, updating our telephone and Internet systems, repainting several rooms, and the purchase of new towels for every room. In our dreams and on our wish list are: renovation of the large third-floor bedroom into two private rooms, remodeling the third-floor bathroom into private bathrooms, acquiring a new stereo system for the chapel, purchasing new mattresses, box springs, bedspreads for bedrooms, new or gently used comfortable chairs for bedrooms. Smaller items that are needed include music CDs, a few lampshades, and a subscription to a particular periodical.

Perhaps you would like to donate financially toward a specific need or desire of the Retreat Center. Your offering could be in the form of a Pledge, a Memorial Gift, a Matching Gift (if your employer offers a matching gift program for your donation), a donation, or an In-Kind Donation.
